Refund and Return Policy

We at offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. We ensure all orders placed with us are processed as quickly as possible. In some cases, however, we may not be able to process your order and must cancel it. It can occur if a certain product is unavailable, limited quantities are available, or the credit department has encountered a credit card problem. Should we cancel all or part of your order, our customer support will notify you.

  • If your order fails to arrive, we will replace it or refund your money base on your request. If you paid by credit card, we will refund you the same. With money orders and check orders, the funds will be returned to you if they have not been deposited. A money order or a Check order is usually delivered to your billing address, but we typically need at least ten working days to process refunds.
  • Providing excellent service is our top priority. If there is a problem with your order, please contact our Customer Care through our website only. Please be as concise as possible in describing the problem you are having, including your order number, the name of the affected products, and whether you would prefer to receive a refund or replacement.
  • Please note that we do not accept items back that have been opened or used unless the product has been damaged during shipping.
  • If you received only part of your order, we will issue a full refund and then charge only the ones you have received. Please feel free to contact our customer support staff for any queries.
  • We do not assume responsibility for delays in crediting the cardholder’s account since the card issuer handles this process.
