Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of orders can be made by either party. While we try our best to fulfill all orders, there may be times when we cannot process an order and need to cancel it. Examples could include a lack of stock, a product issue, or payment errors.

In the event of a cancellation, our team will contact you and will explain the reason for the cancellation. Upon cancellation, you will receive a full refund of the amount charged.

Non-receipt of payment

Unpaid orders are automatically canceled.

Cancellation by the customer

Should you wish to cancel your order, kindly contact our Customer Support team and by sending us a cancellation notice. We will cancel your order if the order is not dispatched. However, if your order has already been processed, you can no longer cancel it.
